Dawn Worley - Director, JSTEM Academy. We are a school within a school model that focuses on creating STEM based experiences across all content areas while still focusing on academic achievement. We are building a school culture that empowers teachers and students to achieve success in an collaborative environment. I began my 20 year educational career as an elementary teacher, then transitioned to Title 1 coordinator in a high poverty bilingual school in Houston ISD. My next role brought me to Judson ISD where I have served as assistant principal for elementary and middle schools, director of the STEM Academy, Principal of Judson Middle School and now as Director of Advanced Programs.
