The Excellence Gaps Intervention Model (Plucker & Peters, 2016) provides strategies to reduce excellence gaps and equitably serve students with advanced learning needs. Excellence gaps can be reduced through evidence-based strategies (e.g., frontloading, flexible ability grouping) and this presentation will discuss practical interventions educators can use in their classrooms. _x000D_
