Averting Potential Risks of High Achievement

When considering general child wellness, a little addressed high-risk category is students exposed to high-achievement pressures. This session will explore some psychological (e.g., anxiety), developmental, and social costs for high-achieving students as well as methods to address these concerns, placing the well-being and development of the child at the forefront.
