Mathematical modeling allows students to answer reality-based questions, quantify real-world phenomena, and analyze behaviors. This problem-solving process can promote equitable teaching practices and can assist teachers in talent development. Participants of this session will explore math modeling situations and learn how to implement this process in their classrooms.
