Each year, children with gifts, talents, and potential are identified and/or recognized for GATE or enrichment. Regardless of the number who are identified/recognized, one may find that multiple children with differing interests are forced to enter one space, and may become overwhelmed. This presentation will present an approach that can benefit teachers and parents as they navigate the waters of serving/parenting and advocating for multiple children with differing gifts.
