Ashley Duncan, M.Ed is the State and Federal Programs Coordinator in Midway ISD. In this role, Ashley oversees the gifted and ELL programs in her district.  Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sociology from Texas State University, and Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University. Ashley has had an active role in gifted education for over 15 years, serving as a gifted teacher, coach, and Advanced Academics director. Ashley is committed to equity and access in gifted education and has presented at the Regional, State, and National level.
