Kelsey Karcher, M.Ed., is a Manager on Dallas ISD's Advanced Academic Services team. Throughout her career, her goal has been to ensure all gifted students have equitable access to an education that challenges and supports them. Kelsey values the work TAGT does and is an active member, having served as a session presenter, workshop facilitator, Emerging Leaders Program mentee and mentor, and founding member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access Network. She earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and International Diplomacy from The American University in Washington, D.C. and an M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University. She also holds gifted and talented certifications in both Arizona and Texas.
